• How do I buy a car from you?
• Call or email us and we will be more than happy to arrange a convenient time for you to come and view the car and see if its the right used car for you.

• What forms of payment do you accept?
• We accept cash or internet transfers for all our used cars

• Can we test drive a car before buying it?
• Yes! You can absolutely test drive any of our used cars, we always encourage our customers to test drive any car before buying it,  please just bring your driving licence with you so our insurance can cover you

• How do we find you?
• The best way to find us is to give us a call and we can direct you, whether you are local to us in Sutton Coldfield or Tamworth, or if coming from further afield we are easily accessible via motorways links from the M42/M6

• Do your cars come with a warranty?
• We pride ourselves on selling quality used cars so ensure all our cars come with a 3 month warranty

• Do your cars have MOTs?
• All our used cars come with a minimum of 6 months MOT to ensure stress free driving

• Do you accept part exchanges?
• If you have a car to sell to help with the purchase of your car, we are happy to accept part exchanges. If you're thinking of part exchanging you car, just let us know and bring it along with you so we are able to view and drive it.

• Would you be interested in buying my car?
• We are always on the look out for quality used cars for our Birmingham stock. Please call us with all the details of your used car and we'll be able to help, even if its not the car for us we have numerous contacts within the motor trade and may be able to see if any of our contacts are interested

• Do I need an appointment to view a car?
• An appointment is always advised just so we can ensure the car is still available and ready for you to drive. We always recommend giving us a quick call before making your journey.

• I'm not local to Birmingham, can I still buy a car from you?
• Yes, please contact us and we can discuss details.
